Juror # 3 Speaks!!!!!

Jennifer Ford, or juror No. 3, has finally spoken out. Guess she wants to soften the hit from the mob that will probably go after her!  She says the jurors were "sick to their stomachs" after voting to not convict Anthony in connection with the death of her daughter.  *Then why do it!!!!!???? *
Ford, a 32-year-old nursing student, told ABC News in an exclusive interview that she didn't think there was enough evidence to convict Anthony.  I did not say she was innocent. She says they didn't have proof of the crime! Everyone wonders why we didn't speak to the media right away. *Hmmmm? I wonder why!!!???  It was because we were sick to our stomach to get that verdict. We were crying and not just the women. It was emotional and we weren't ready. We wanted to do it with integrity and not contribute to the sensationalism of the trial.Ford is single, has no children and is the youngest of five siblings. She said during jury selection she didn't know about the case until recently.

This woman will certainly be judged by her peers!!!!! I can only hope that people around her will make her feel this for the rest of her life and that she knows that she was part of a great injustice to this world!!!!!!
UPDATE: Her family was taken by ABC to Disney World!!!!! Her nieces and nephews enjoyed themselves all so a BEAST can be set free!

After reading these comments, I wish there was a way she could see this and know that other people out there are furious at her for her part in this horrible decision!

  1. Scott Peterson got convicted on a circumstantial case and you could have convicted her also. Instead you let a murderer walk the streets to harm someone else.

  2. I hope before you go to sleep every night Jennifer and the rest of that jury, if you can sleep that is, that you see hat baby's face, and know that YOU FAILED HER

  3. NO PROOF OF A CRIME? HOW ABOUT THE BODY OF A DEAD CHILD? A CHILD THAT WAS NEVER REPORTED MISSING? ARE YOU STUPID?

  4. How about the fact that she didn't report her child missing for 31 days? Don't ya think maybe that is child neglect?? Wow! I think you were the only 12 people in America who thought she was not guilty...unbelievable!

  5. It sickens me that a little baby found absolutely NO JUSTICE in the hands of 12 jurors! Jennifer Ford your comment is full of BS and you make ME SICK! I hope you never sleep soundly for the rest of your life!

  6. WOW!! First off I am sick to my stomach of the verdict reached... The 12 of you must be really dumb that there was no evidence of any crime, she didnt report her daughter missing for 31 days, and if Cindy didnt call it would have been longer.. but you are the one who has to live with the decision you let a child killer go FREE.. i hear Casey is gonna look for a job.. maybe she could babysit your kids !!!!

  8. Jennifer Ford all you guys cared about was getting the hell out of there and getting on with your planned vacations. You all knew that if you found her guilty of capital murder you would have had to stay in Orlando for another 48 hours which would of caused a conflict for a lot of jurors. Go tell your BS story to someone over seas cause US AMERICANS think and KNOW YOU FAILED CAYLEE!

  9. Maybe what you all did makes you sleep at night, but you did NOTHING for Caylee. Shame on ALL of you, not 1 of you did your civic duty. You have vacation plans? Did the juror with the cruise plans get nervous? We watched the trial don't forget that, maybe you feel there wasn't enough evidence, but there are allmost 2,000,000 people who saw different. Apparently you are not a mother, and you're going to be a nurse? Aren't they supposed to care about others?

  10. ... if you ever doubted in your mind for one second, that she was wasnt guilty... you should have never ever come back with a not guity verdict. The fact that she did not report her child missing at all.... is child abuse. You and the rest of the jurors make me sick! I am disgusted at the decision you all made... in my opinion there was much much more evidence against her.. than not. She killed that precious baby girl, just as well as the grass is green, and you are part of the team that set her free... you should be ashamed of yourself!

  11. These Jurors were not using common sense.... How about the body in her car trunk, the shovel that she borrowed from her neighbor, The Winnie the Pew blanket, How could that be accident? I am tired of this excuse about dysfunctional family. Remember that no family is perfect. This jurors did not even look at all the facts. I also think that this Jurors did not like the Prosecution..... No juror wanted to talk to the media after the verdict was read because they did not use their common sense. If you think she was guilty of some of this charges, then you should have Hang the verdict. Not cry about it..... So now you are talking because you are getting paid for it...... THIS CASE IS ALL ABOUT CAYLEE ANTHONY, NOT CASEY..... What a bunch of not smart people..You all let a Murderer walk and she is laughing at all of you. What bunch of Nuts.

  12. Jennifer, I believe you and agree with you, I do not believe that Casey is innocent but like you said there was not enough proof and thats exactly what you needed for a conviction. The burden of proof was on the prosecution and not the defense! The fact of the matter is, everyone should be mad at the prosecution for not putting on a more solid case and not at the jurors for doing their job. Its jurors like you that make me feel better about the justice system because Godforbid it could be anyone of my loved ones being accused of a crime and I would like to know we have a fair Justice system.

  13. I, like 99% of the population was quite literally sick to my stomach and faint at the verdict in this trial. After having a day to marinate on things I am at peace with it. Caylee is a precious angel living in the loving light. Cacey, due to her actions regarding her daughter, whatever they may have been, the details of which we will never know...may be free from prison but she will never, ever be free. If she is what she appears, a compulsive liar, sociopath and malignant narcissist she will roam the earth the rest of her days, living the exact opposite life than the one she killed her daughter to have. Who is going to hire her? The entire world know's she lies with nearly every breath she takes. Who is going to befriend her? She has stolen from and lied to nearly every friend she ever had. Everyone knows her face...where will she go..? What can she do? Prison is 3 hot's and a cot..cable TV and medical care..all on the taxpayer. I believe she will find herself in a worse prison where she will be effectively shunned from civilized society and left to metaphorically rot....for her a fate worse than prison and worse than death.

  14. Well i dont believe you, the burden of proof was there and the prosecution did put on a solid case but you chose not to see it and yes we are mad at the jury.., you jurors are ignorant....

  15. If you had doubt, you could have hung the jury and had her retried. At least there could have been another chance to convince a jury of her guilt. With this verdict, she walks away free to live her life, unlike her dead daughter, and free to live Bella Vita. Did any of her actions after the death of her daughter affect you? Who does those things after the loss of a child? What a travesty for our judicial system. Horrible!

  17. It is a shame that all of you are judgeing the jurors the way you are. You should be blaming the state for not proveing beyond a shadow of a doubt that she was the one who killed her. I agree that this whole family is messed up and I am sure there is more to this whole story than anyone will ever know. Child abuse is not MURDER. You can convict her of child abuse because you have proof of that. But that is it. Our justice systems works when we follow the rules. Innocent until proven guiltly. The state did not prove her guilt and you cannot sentance someone to prison or death without solid proof because you think you know they did it.

  18. Hey...facebook as a copy this juror ARREST RECORD !! What kind of "pay back" was she motivated to get after her criminal past??? And OMG...we let a Killer walk free so WE CAN ALL GO TO DISNEY LAND????? REALLY???? The only 'sick to your stomach' you were feeling was of the thought of all the cotton candy and hotdogs you were planning on eating once you sold your story !! You and your 11 clowns should be prosecuted for obstruction of justice !!

  19. As much as I despise this woman, I will say that she never had an arrest record. The one that has an arrest record is another Jennifer Ford.

  20. wow. Does anyone here know anything about a justice system "innocent until proven guilty"?? all of you that are attacking Jennifer are pathetic. As guilty as Casey looks, there was no evidence that she KILLED her. I would like to watch her burn for what she did but I agree with Jennifers decision. Its how this justice system works. Take your mob back to Casey... she actually deserves it.

  21. I just want to ask this question to Jennifer... Would let Casey babysit for your kids or family member?????? So it is okay for all of you on the jury let out to have another child to harm.... I hope all of you never sleep sound again...... You are all as guilty as Casey the baby killer is....

  22. I would like to know what part of the judge's instructions did they not understand? The vocabulary??? Reasonable doubt means you don't need an actual video of the crime to come to reasonable doubt. You use inferencing and critical thinking skill to connect the dots.
