Key people in the Case aginst Casey

As the date of the trial looms before us, it has become evident that during the process of jury selection many people have not heard about the Casey Anthony case happening in Orlando, Florida. Surprising as it may seem, it seems to be the case that there are quite a handful of people who never look at the television, internet, or newspapers. The following are a list of key people in Florida vs Casey Anthony:

Caylee Marie Anthony: 2 year old daughter of Casey Marie Anthony. She was born on August 9, 2005. Was reported missing on July 15, 2008, 31 after her mother last saw her. Her decomposing body was found on December 11, 2008.

 

Casey Anthony : She is accused of killing her daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony. She was photographed partying while her daughter was missing.

 

Jose Baez: lead attorney on Casey Anthony's team. Sometimes seems flirtatious towards Casey Anthony. Has since ceased that flirtation since jury process began.

Cindy Anthony:Caylee Anthony's grandmother. Reported that her daughter's trunk smelled like a rotting corpse. Later recanted her comment and said it was rotting food.

George Anthony: Caylee Anthony's grandfather. Casey has accused him of sexually abusing her when she was younger.

 

  Lee Anthony:  is Casey Anthony's brother. She also accused him of sexually abusing her when younger.

 

Roy Kronk: a meter reader, first alerted authorities to Caylee Anthony's remains in a wooded area not far from the Anthony home.

Cheney Mason:, a high-profile Orlando attorney, joined the Anthony defense team in 2010. Claims to be close to Casey because she reminds him of his grandchildren.

Judge Belvin Perry: presides over the case.  Chief judge of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, which covers Orange and Osceola County in Florida.

Robyn Adams: an inmate in the Orange County Jail, befriended Casey Anthony, according to jail officials. The two exchanged numerous letters with the help of a jail guard, officials said.

Zenaida Gonzalez:Casey Anthony told investigators that she left her daughter with a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez. A woman with the same name has said she never met Anthony and sued her for defamation. Her civil case is set for August.

Leonard Padilla: a bondsman from California, traveled to Florida to help find Caylee.

Amy Huizenga: Casey Anthony admitted to stealing money from her friend, Amy Huizenga, in a civil case

Anthony Lazaro: Casey Anthony was living with her boyfriend, Anthony Lazaro, at the time her daughter went missing.

Detective Yuri Melich:  the lead investigator in the Casey Anthony investigation.

Jeff Ashton: Prosecutor in the case against Casey.

 

Linda Drane Burdick: Prosecutor in the case against Casey.

The trial is expected to begin with opening statements on Monday.  This 13th juror has already decided on the fate of Casey, what will the other 12 decide? What will you decide?
