-tells Lee to check the computer and discs of photos
-tells Lee password to computer. Lee replies he did that already, it did not work. She asks who else has used computer because that's the password she used to log on.

-"I'm protecting our family, not from anything I did"
-To George " You've been a great dad and the best grandfather"
-Casey could not pick up Zenaida out of a lineup.
-"I don't know if she has a middle name. Not that I've seen anything written."
-Continues lies about Zanny
-"My gut is telling me she's ok. She's not far. I know in my heart she's not far. I can feel it."
July 28, 2008-Lee Anthony
-Lee asks about possible phone #'s for Zanny
-"I have been keeping stronger faith than I ever have"
-Finishes by givinbg a thank you message to family, friends, community, and charities.
George Anthony looks furious as he looks at the video in court. Not much emotion from Casey as she looks on.
-"I miss her, I love her dearly. We'll stop at nothing to get her back. I know with every ounce of my being, we will be with her again."
All I keep thinking is that the defense will have to put Casey on the stand eventually if they even want a bit of a chance to win this case. The question is how will the jury be able to believe ANYTHING Casey tells them?

The lies continue!! They asked about Jeffrey. She says he hasn't worked at Universal for 2 months. They reply he hasn't worked there since 2002. They ask about Juliet. She replies oh, SHE hasn't worked here for over 2 months! They reply she has never worked there.!!! She really has to be insane! The juror that couldn't judge anyone, honestly, has got to be seething and praying to God for forgiveness when she goes for the Death Penalty!
As this tape was played Casey 's color just flushed away from her body. She looks extremely frustrated and glances were missed by her and Yuri looking at each other. She also kept shaking her head no various times. I don't understand that! What Casey, is that not your voice!? I really just want to shake this beast of a woman!!!!! She is an animal!!!

Yuri Melich's testimony
The following is a PDF transcript of Casey Anthony's first interview with Detective Yuri Melich or (Dick Tracy Orlando, as Baez referred him as before cross examining him) when he arrived at her home. The interview was conducted in a spare bedroom in the Anthony residence. This evidence was introduced today to the jury during Melich's testimony.

Listening to this, one's first reaction is "Wow! She really must believe all of this!" The only thing that seems not to be a lie, is her and Caylee's names and personal information. Other than that yup, all lies!
Now, Dick Tracy Orlando? What did Baez mean by that? Well, it turns out that Melich did have a blog called What would Yuri Melich do? In this blog he did write about his experience in law enforcement.Prosecution froze. Apparently all their investigation never brought this up.
Baez: Have you ever gone by another names other than Yuri Melich?
Perry: Sustained
Baez: Have you ever gone by the name: Dick Tracy Orlando?
Perry: SUSTAINED! Next Question.
Baez: Judge I would like to approach the bench.
Perry: No Sir.
Baez: I would like to explain the relevancy.
Perry: Okay, you can approach.
Jury was then dismissed.
The following is what is reported on wftv.com:
"Melich started blogging when other bloggers started complimenting him. He told bloggers he was sleuthing the web secretly looking for clues in the case. But after he saw a lot of flattering stuff about himself, he posted on websleuths.com as Dick Tracy Orlando to thank bloggers for their kind words.
One blogger on websleuths.com claimed to be the president of the "WWYMD" fan club, meaning "What Would Yuri Melich Do?" One blogger was floored over how awesome Melich's work was after watching the interview Melich did with Casey Anthony's mother a couple of weeks after Casey's arrest.Bloggers also asked about Melich's leg after seeing him on TV with a crutch. On September 20, he posted as "Dick Tracy Orlando" about how he had broken it in three places during training. He thanked them for their concern, writing, "Thank you for keeping Caylee on the forefront. We are all working for her."Melich signed off with, "Please continue to keep the Anthony family in your prayers."
He did get reprimanded for writing these blogs. But it is out there.
WOW!!!!! Will this work in impeaching Yuri Melich?

Amy Huizenga, Lee Anthony
Amy Huizenga
Admitted to Jose Baez that she had only known Casey for five months when Caylee disappeared, and much of their communication during those five months was via phone or text message. Maintained that she and Casey were "very close." Baez questioned Amy's memory, asking if she drank heavily during that time. She said she did not believe so, but acknowledged that she would drink about three to four nights a week at the time. Baez showed her a copy of one text message she sent to Casey after she had crashed her car into a guardrail. She confirmed the car was totaled, but said she only injured her nose. Baez noted she told people to keep calling her every few minutes. She said it was because the car's airbag deployed, and that had never happened to her before, so she did not know what to expect. Confirmed she never went to a doctor, so she could not know the full extent the crash had on her memory.
Huizenga acknowledged that she moved in with Ricardo Morales after Casey dated him, and also struck up a friendship with another of Casey's ex-boyfriends, Jesse Grund. But she did not go out with him. Baez cut this line of questioning short after an objection from the prosecution, and Amy Huizenga was dismissed for now.
She did ask if she may say something, but the jury never heard it. Judge Belvin Perry called her over during a long sidebar with attorneys.
Lee Anthony
Casey Anthony's older brother, on the witness stand for the first time in her murder trial, said he did not live at home with his parents, but did live very close. He tried to find her using MySpace and Facebook, at the request of their mother, Cindy Anthony. Eventually got a hold of Casey on July 3, 2008. Casey, however, hung up the phone on Lee several times. Lee said Casey told him she was in Jacksonville, when he knew she was in downtown Orlando. When he called her out for lying, Lee asked where Caylee was. She told him Caylee was "being watched by someone" while she was out with a friend. Went to several bars downtown to try and find Casey, but he didn't find her. He said their mother eventually told him to stop pursuing Casey. It was then that he found out that no one had seen Casey or Caylee for weeks.
On July 15, 2008, Lee said his father, George Anthony, asked him to come to his house. When he arrived, he went through the garage, saw the white Pontiac Sunfire, and noticed a strong, potent smell coming from it. He said the windows of the car were down, and there was writing on the windshield. He said Casey and Cindy arrived home about five minutes later, and Casey went right to her room.
At this point during questioning, prosecutor Frank George reviewed a deposition of Lee on July 30, 2009. Lee seemed to struggle remembering his previous statements.
Lee said it was the first time he had ever heard of a nanny. Eventually, Lee said he approached her and tried to use role play to simulate a police officer's questions to her. Started asking questions, she looked at him "with no reaction," until finally, Casey told him that she had not seen Caylee for 31 days, and that her nanny took her. Casey told him she had camped outside the nanny's house, and was staying with Tony Lazzaro while trying to find Caylee.
Went to get Casey's things from Lazzaro's apartment. Told Lazzaro that Caylee was missing, and asked for Casey's laptop. Lee said the computer displayed a solid blue screen, and his attempts to restart the computer did not work. He said he also took two of Casey's bags from Lazzaro's apartment, including one containing several receipts. Lee counted 19 receipts on the witness stand.
His testimony was extremely frustrating for me to watch because no matter what the prosecution asked, defense was constantly objecting.
All in all in my opinion, Lee's testimony was very forgetful just as he couldn't remember things on the stand, there was nothing memorable of his testimony. Could it have been because he didn't want to be a memorable witness. Who did it benefit? The defense or the prosecution. I think none of them.
