Casey has a bf and blah..blah...blah...

According to a new report from RadarOnline, Casey isn't in hiding, and she has a new boyfriend.
casey-anthony.jpg
Casey's pal revealed, "She is doing good... she is dating someone and does work for his company."
A man who has a mutual Facebook friend with Casey posted, "She isn't in hiding... she is out in public all the time. She attends church throughout the week too."
Casey's friend also said Anthony is now sporting red hair (despite her blonde hair in the video) and a nose ring.
Perhaps the public was not ready to see a video of Casey -- in which she makes no reference of two-year-old Caylee -- and many are outraged. Casey's parents expressed their concern and released a statement, saying they are worried the blog may "endanger their daughter."
"Lifechangers" host Dr. Drew Pinsky weighed in on the danger factor with the leaked video, saying, "Casey has major, major neurobiological problems, and she doesn't, even for an instance, understand how outraged the world is when she doesn't mention Caylee [in the video]."

It's not over yet for Dr. G and Casey

Dr. G is taping a TLC special on the Anthony case that will premiere Jan. 1. As of now it will be titled: "The True Story of Caylee Anthony." "It's more about my take on the science I was involved in," she says. She said that the decision to classify Caylee's death a homicide was the "only logical conclusion … the circumstances of death did not fit anything but a homicide." She mentions the delay in reporting the child's disappearance, the body's disposal in a swampy area and the duct tape with the remains.
Baez' thoughts? "Dr. G needs a TV special to explain her science because her testimony was not based on science. All three reasons she used to give her 'opinion' that it was a homicide did not require any medical training whatsoever. That is why the jury rejected it."The program also interviews forensic anthropologist John Schultz of the University of Central Florida, forensic anthropologist Mike Warren of the University of Florida and toxicologist Bruce Goldberger of the University of Florida.
One topic involved in the show? Should Caylee's skull should have been opened? Anthropologists thought it wasn't necessary, and she agreed. This was VERY controversial during the trial.

Oh yeah, that Mason guy was hospitalized

In case anyone cares. On Friday Cheney Mason was hospitalized after appearing weak and feeling faint at a conference, in which, he was to speak about the case. He told reporters he was "feeling something he had never felt before." yup, I'm sure he was. Oh well. La dee da! Karma's a bitch! Enjoy! ;)

A video game to meditate?

Leela. That's it. Relax. Well, that's the name of celebrity counselor, Deeprak Chopra's new video game. Yes, a counselor has a video game. It's not what you may be thinking however. It's a mind, body and souls type of game. The screen will display aura-like items floating in spacial areas while you maneuver your body to follow or grab these orbs.
According to him, it will help you to relax and meditate while escaping your stressful world. He said he made a video game because they are addictive. So why not make a game that will be good for you instead of stressful. I don't know. Make of it what you will.
P.S. Jeff Ashton's Casey Anthony book also comes out this week. Pacquio won. Marquez lost. There was no scandal. Get over it.

Jurors will be released

The names of the idiots who found Casey Anthony not guilty of murder can be revealed beginning Tuesday by courts in Pinellas and Orange counties.  Judge Belvin Perry Jr. ordered in July that the names of the jurors remain sealed for three months, citing fears for the panelists' safety. That "cooling off" period ends Tuesday.
One juror retired two months earlier than planned because colleagues at work were upset with the verdict. GOOD!!!!
The names of jurors normally are public record here in Florida, but Perry barred their release during the trial. Several media outlets petitioned for Perry to make the names public, and Perry issued his order July 26 after a hearing on the matter.
The order said that, upon request, the names of jurors can be released no sooner than Oct. 25 by the Pinellas and Orange courts.
"In a democracy, criminal trials should not, as a rule, be decided by anonymous persons," Perry wrote. "However, anonymity, at least from the media and the public, relieves pressure on jurors and protects impartiality."
The names of three jurors – Jennifer Ford, Russell Huekler and Dean-Edward Echstadt – became public after they agreed to speak to the media. But other names have remained a mystery.

Casey's deposition video will be coming soon!

Casey Anthony's 45-minute videotaped deposition may be public this week through the Orange County Court Clerk's office. She plead the fifth through most questions. Morgan & Morgan have stated that will challenge this, since they believe she had no basis to plead the fifth. They intend to file the videotaped deposition with the court to request a hearing. If they prevail, Casey will have to answer the questions.  In the video deposition, Casey mentioned that she hasn't spoken to George or Cindy since October 14, 2008.  This was when she was indicted and arrested for murder.

In the video, there was a white screen behind Casey and she was wearing a Phillies cap, oversized Dolce & Gabbana glasses, and a white V-necked top.Morgan said that it appeared she was wearing a wig and that she appeared to have more color on her face. Not the dull grey we are used to seeing.

The deposition was between John Morgan, his son Matt, and attorney John Dill.  Zenaida was not present. Casey was with her lawyer Charles Greene and an associate of Greene's.

Greene invoked Casey's  5th Amendment right against self-incrimination to almost every question posed. The questions included inquiries into the disappearance of Caylee, her connection to Sawgrass apartments and Zenaida Gonzalez. Hmmm....that doesn't make her seem guilty or suspicious at all.......Hmph!

Casey wears disguise

Today was the videotaped deposition as I reported earlier. Apparently she felt it necessary to wear a disguise. WHY?
"She had a Phillies ball cap on. She had gigantic sunglasses. She had a long -- I think it was a wig," Morgan said.
The lawyer said that she seemed annoyed to be there and that her body language said it all."She had deep breathing -- nostrils flaring. She was clearly annoyed, but composed and courteous," he said.

Anthony was asked about Gonzalez and about the disappearance of Caylee. "Basically, they weren't going to answer any questions, and so we got enough we feel to go ahead and take our motion now to the judge to compel her to answer these questions," Morgan said.
They will take the taped deposition to a judge and make plans to move the civil case forward. Morgan said he hopes to one day force Anthony to answer his questions and eventually win compensation for damages for his client.

Casey to be deposed today

Casey  is taking a videotaped deposition for a civil lawsuit in the Zenaida Gonzalez lawsuit today.
Morgan & Morgan, the attorney for Zenaida will use videoconferencing Saturday to question Anthony, who will be at an undisclosed location in Florida. ( Which like I said before, is Tallahassee)

I do hope that at least this time around some answers will come out of this case. But seriously, who out there thinks she will give truthful answers this around.

Casey's reaction will be released

Judge Belvin Perry has granted a motion to unseal a videotape in the Casey Anthony case.
That video shows Casey Anthony’s reaction to learning remains of her daughter Caylee were found. Stan Strickland, the former judge in the case, ordered it to be sealed.

In the motion, Judge Perry wrote:
The jail video, as the Court has previously recognized, is a public record subject to disclosure under Chapter 119. The reason for sealing it - Ms. Anthony's right to a fair trial - is no longer applicable because the trial has been completed and she has been acquitted of all charges other than lying to law enforcement officers.

Casey pays more!

Judge Perry has increased the reimbursement costs Casey must pay to investigators for searching for Caylee.
Judge Perry signed an order Friday adding another $119,000 to the bill she must pay four law enforcement agencies. The new amount brings the total to more than $217,000. That's still short of the $500,000 prosecutors were seeking.
The additional amount comes from the Orange County Sheriff's Office providing the judge with more details about their costs.
Wonder what would happen to her if she doesn't pay. What do you think should happen?

Dr. Phil part 3

On the final installment of the George and Cindy interview, George said that he doesn't believe it's possible to reconnect with Casey and that she should be held responsible for Caylee's death.

Being accused and reconciling
George said that he feels he was "played" by Baez over the past three years.
"That was an extreme low blow. I wanted to go and jump over this little railing…and I wanted to confront Mr. Baez…I haven't cared for him from day one."
"I do love my daughter, I don't like what she's done to this family."
Cindy said she never believed the molestation allegations against George.
“Do you know to the absolute core of your heart that this man never molested your daughter?” Dr. Phil asked Cindy.
“Absolutely.  Because if I knew that he would not be sitting here today,” Cindy said.  “I would have either killed him, myself or had him arrested or moved him away.”

Secret Meeting
Cindy said she hopes the relationship between her and Casey can be mended and that she feels Casey should have been acquitted.
She also said Baez invited her to his office for a private meeting shortly before the trial began because "he said that Casey wanted me to know how Caylee died. When he told me she had drowned in the pool and that Casey panicked ... I was hysterically crying and couldn't believe our daughter had put us through this and ruined her life."
George, who wasn't invited to that meeting, said he thinks it was all an effort to manipulate Cindy emotionally and set him up the scapegoat for Casey's erratic behavior during her disappearance.
"I didn't believe anything," he said. "I didn't believe anything that the defense told me. I felt I had been played."

The Jury
"I think the jury based the verdict on the lack of evidence the state presented.  If I had been on that jury, I would have done the same thing."
"I didn't want to see my daughter put to death. I wanted her to be held responsible for my granddaughter and I still do," George said.

Contact with Casey
Cindy said the last contact she had with Casey was via Baez. He said she wanted to pass along "That she loves us and that when the time is right she'll talk to all of us."
She said she thinks her daughter likely has remorse about the allegations she made against her father.
"I think she regrets it, but I don't think Jose regrets it.  But it's something Casey will have to live with for the rest of her life." Cindy said that if Casey asked to move back into the family home, it would be a difficult dilemma. "Lee and I would find a place for her. Whether or not she would physically move into our current home, I don't think that's possible", she said. " I don't think the relationship between Casey and I will be any more than it is right now." George said.
"My hope for her is that she does get the therapy that she needs and...I hope at some point she can move on with her life. I would love to see her be happy either in a career or in a family setting. I would love for her to get married if she so chooses." Cindy said.
Cindy doesn't want Casey to have another child until she gets therapy. "Casey always wanted to be a good mom. Casey was a good mom and something happened along the way…I don't know if a pregnancy would trigger another instance of something," she said.  Cindy said that she would even feel comfortable with Casey Anthony babysitting any children that Lee Anthony might have in the future. I highly doubt Lee feels the same!
"I don't think Casey is evil. I don't think Casey would allow anything to happen especially to another child. I think Casey has suffered the loss of her daughter and is going to have to live with that the rest of her life. I think she would be extra cautious," Cindy said.
Of course she wouldn't let something happen. She knows to many people will be watching her!
This woman (Cindy) is in serious denial and needs more intense therapy!!! GEORGE RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!!

Casey to pay court costs

Judge Belvin Perry has ordered Casey to pay some of the costs incurred when she lied to the police and others about Caylee's whereabouts.

Casey will have to pay more than $97,000 for the investigation into the disappearance of her daughter Caylee.
The breakdown is as follows:
  • FDLE: $61,505.12
  • Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation: $10,283.90
  • Orange County Sheriff's Office: $25,837.96
The State originally asked for $517,000.00.  The sheriff's office had asked for $293,123; the state attorney's office had asked for $141,362; the FDLE was seeking $71,939; and the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation was asking for $10,362.

Cindy and George Part 2

So as I'm watching this interview, one question keeps bothering me. Where exactly did they film this interview? I couldn't find any information of where this took place. That def. is not their home! I can assure you that!  Anyhoo, let's get onto this interview thing.

The Anthony's: The Revelations

Regarding the seizures, Casey's attorneys told Cindy not to mention anything about Casey's seizures and health history.

George: People do things because they feel a rush of adrenaline. Agrees with Dr. Phil that people don't always do things because they have brain tumors or suffer from seizures.

Cindy bites her tongue as Dr. Phil tells her that people out there would like to shake her awake.

Cindy: George didn't change overnight, neither did Casey.  She says something happened that day (June 16) to change Casey's behavior.
Dr. Phil says George didn't have a tumor when he gambled away the money.

Finding the remains
George: It was rough knowing where she was and knowing she was so close.
Cindy: It was difficult to comprehend. They had only 10 min to tell family members before they found out through the media.
George: "I couldn't deal with the loss of Caylee."  He said it was tough seeing Cindy and Lee's faces through that time.

As they read the suicide note from George, they both tear up.

George: " Why didn't I stay home from work that day?"  He says he ended the letter with just "Casey-", because he believes she had something to do with Caylee's death.  He has nothing more to say to her.    He says it's obvious Casey had something to do with it.  "She deceived us. She lied to us, her parents."  he can't comprehend how Casey along with possibly anyone else could do that to Caylee.

George Alone
On the affair:

-Did not have an affair. No sexual relations.
-"She probably wanted more out of the relationship, But I never went in that direction."
-Never had the "snowballed out of control" conversation.
-Believes his reputation has been tainted to a degree, but says he had nothing to hide.
-Thinks it was a smear campaign against him.
-Doesn't understand why they attacked him.

listens to jury foreman describing him about being suspicious.
-When asked yes or no questions, he says one may come out suspicious or sound like they have selective memory.
-Says if he was involved in this, why wasn't he prosecuted.
-"If Casey watches this someday, I believe she is responsible."
-He believes she was there at the woods with someone's help.
-Starts crying and says that the way Caylee died and was treated is no way to treat a human being.
-Can't comprehend his daughter doing these things to his granddaughter. All he can see is "Caylee dancing through the hallway in the mornings and making his life beautiful."
-If she drowned, there's no reason to tie her up and put her in laundry bags.

George and Cindy together again
Cindy believes Caylee drowned accidentally. She doesn't believe the circumstances surrounding the drowning, where George found Caylee.

George "can't do in that direction". He doesn't understand how she drowns and ends up in the woods down the street.

George says inside of his heart, he believes Casey and someone else gave Caylee too much drugs and she fell asleep. Believes she was in the back of the car being driven around and taken to the woods. "She sedated this child to go out and have this life she couldn't have with Caylee around."

Cindy: Casey's friends never said she was involved with drugs. Toxicology doesn't prove that Caylee was drugged.

At this moment Cindy says she has never heard that theory and they go back and forth amongst themselves.  George says he's mentioned it to Cindy and she argues that he hasn't, but that she's happy that he's getting it out of his system, because she thought that the emotions held inside would end up killing him.

Honestly if George didn't cheat on Cindy, well then Bravo for him, becasue I know I would cheat on that beast.

Anyhoo... Cindy says she is angry that Casey never came to her to tell her what happened.

The Woods

George: It's a question that he's asked himself many times.

Cindy believes that Casey used the shovel to cut a bamboo root.  The car was never moved. Ahe never left the house. Unless she walked.

George: Neighbor didn't watch her the whole time. He was doing other chores.

Cindy believes Casey had knowledge or had something to do with placing the body there.  Casey and Cindy believe once the person dies, the body is empty.

Cindy says there's no excuse for putting Caylee there in the woods, BUT " what else were we going to do? Our belief is cremation."   WHAT!!!!?????

Dr. Phil says he gets being loyal to the children but it's disloyal to Caylee.

Cindy says she would love to hug her granddaughter "the shell of her body" again.
Says that when the verdict was NOT GUILTY, Caylee was given justice. That was God's sign that the death was accidental. Caylee wouldn't want her mother to be in jail because of her death.

Says something IS wrong with her daughter.

Part 3 includes their plan if Casey shows up at their porch. What does George think about the verdict?

Part 3 airs on Monday's Dr. Phil.
Cindy says she is angry that Casey

Cindy and George Part 1

So I finally watched the first part of the Dr. Phil interview and I must say I am convinced that George and Cindy had absolutely nothing to do with Caylee's death.  So I will write the blog, like I wrote my notes.

The interview starts with George and Cindy agreeing with Dr. Phil with the fact that they didn't accept payment. Only accepted a donation made to Caylee's foundation (George or Cindy will not profit from this) They said that it was time to talk about what happened and that they felt Dr. Phil would get their side of the story best. They trust him to tell their story.
Dr. Phil asks what they believe happened. Is Casey responsible for the death of Caylee?
George: 1+1=2. Casey was last person seen with Caylee. Casey was responsible for Caylee, no matter what happened.
Agreed Casey did and does lie alot.
Cindy: Casey started changing after Caylee was born. Looking back she thinks maybe she suffered post-partum schizophrenia.
When asked about when she knew Casey was pregnant, Cindy said "5 months". At this point she scratched herself (a sign of lying).

After George came back after separation from Cindy for losing $30,000 in gambling debt, he realized that Casey didn't want him to move back home.  He also noticed her lying and stealing.

Cindy: On defense theory----> "George would never have put us through those 6 months of not knowing where Caylee was."
Dr. Phil points out that she always seems to find the good in people. Cindy says she would be angry if she could talk to Casey about her lies.
Dr. Phil mentions pay stubs. Cindy says she had faith in Casey just like she had in George.

Before Caylee went missing in Spring of 2008, Cindy was more confrontational with Casey. She was trying to get information on jobs and Casey repaying her for money she had stolen.  It got worse when Casey stole money from Cindy's mother.
George said Cindy was an enabler for Casey.  Cindy admits she may have pushed Casey too far and that it may have led to Caylee's death.
Cindy said she guesses something must have happened when Casey called her that fateful day 6 times in 4 minutes. Cindy said she wishes Casey would have asked for help earlier.

When questioned about the 31 days and discovering all the lies, Cindy tenses up and says Casey started talking about the nanny in 2006. Therefore, it wasn't a new name.   Says that in those 31 days, she never had any reason to doubt Casey. She looks back and says that if she knew about the past 2 years of lies she would have even called the army to look for Caylee and Casey.

George knew Casey was spiraling down in terms of her behavior as years passed. "Was I taken for a fool? Absolutely!"

Cindy said she went to Universal on July 3, because she found it odd that she never could speak to Caylee or hear her in the background, whenever Casey called.  Says she is over the anger stage.

On finding the car
George: Noticed the odor and was feeling sick in the stomach. Saw the garbage and was relieved.
Cindy: "Truthfully, I don't know to this day what the smell was."
George: " I believe what the investigators tell me. Some parts of me believe that she was in the trunk."
Cindy: " She had to be transported to the woods somehow. I don't know if she was in that trunk."

Cindy says she punched the bed instead of choking Casey and hitting her when she overheard Casey tell Lee about Zanny the Nanny stealing Caylee.
She thought Casey was too calm when talking to 911 operator.
" George and I didn't know if we could be in the same house with her." She says that;s when she spoke to Sheriffs about placing Casey in custody.   Says in the jailhouse videos, she tried to get Casey to look at her to see if she was lying. After Casey was released from jail the first time, George was suspicious of Casey. "I didn't believe 2/3 of what she was telling me."
Cindy: Says Casey, according to one of her friends, was subdued in the hot body contest. She was coerced by friends to get on the stage.  Cindy says at the trial, they show what paints Casey in a bad light.

Dr. Phil tells Cindy to stop defending Casey.
George: "There are some things Cindy and I don't agree with. I could not be out celebrating." He doesn't think the hot body contest was out of context.
Cindy: "People don't know she had a Gran Mal seizure when she came back from jail the first time.  "I don't know if she blocked out that day and something happened."
She believes that Casey is a victim of something medically wrong within Casey.  Casey also had a seizure in 2007 and doctors found nothing wrong.
She does say throughout the interview that Casey was an amazing mother and that something must have gone wrong to make someone who loves children do this.
This interview makes me think if Casey has a tumor in her brain hidden somewhere that makes her act in this crazy way.  Dr. Phil did mention that although Cindy thinks Casey may have a tumor, she doesn't have any medical proof.

Casey is not in Mexico!

So my sister told me about this rumor going around about Casey moving to Mexico and pics of her in a beach in Mexico. Well it's a lie! She is not marrying a rich white guy from California and moving to an isolated area in Mexico and is still serving her probation somewhere in Florida. She is taking online classes instead of working and that's probably the only reason she is learning Spanish.

The picture that is circulating is an old one that The National Enquirer has cropped. Oh yeah, did you know that Casey has also been hooked with Sasquatch!?

Casey had a seizure when Caylee drowned?!

So we all know that Monday is the long awaited Dr. Phil episode where Cindy and George explain Casey's reactions and Caylee's death. Well now we are hearing that they blame Caylee's death on a seizure Casey may have had while swimming with Caylee. They call it "the swimming pool incident".

Cindy reportedly told Dr. Phil that Casey Anthony suffered gran mal seizures in 2005 and 2008, and suggested that the seizures may be symptomatic of a condition that could make it difficult to "sort fact from fiction."

Why wasn't any of this mentioned in court? Why didn't doctors testify on behalf of this theory? Why was George attacked by Baez and the death blamed on him. Are these people ever going to stop lying and sticking up for their daughter!? Does this explain Casey's shopping?

Sad to say but maybe Caylee is better of dead than being raised in this crazy household that gets crazier and crazier as time passes.
