Lee gets hitched and Casey's deal with the devil keeps working

So over the weekend Lee and Mallory got married......we all make a collective "whoopie" right?....yawn....and no, Casey did not attend. Oh yeah and Mallory changed her name to Mallory Anthony on her FB page. She must be proud to enter that family. https://www.facebook.com/mallybu322?sk=wall

And Casey's deal with the devil keeps working out for her. Wonder what she had to give to him......yeah.....no, I don't. She gives everything up doesn't she?
So now Morgan and Morgan have to find her on their own if they want to subpoena her in the Zenaida case according to the judge and the Zenaida trial has been moved to January 2013.
Yup.....that's what's new with the never ending case of  TOT MOM!!!!!!!! LOL!!

Curious.....

So I saw this on a business page post on FB today and I thought that would be a great question to ask in my blog. The first one is for those with kids.
The question was: Imagine you didn't have kids, where would you be in your life right now?

My question for those without kids: Looking back 10 years, are you where you expected to be at the moment? Are you living the goal you set out for your life 10 years ago?

I'll answer both.
1. Oh gosh! I wouldn't want to imagine that. I would probably still be renting a small overpriced apt in NY and working corporate America. Def. not feeling as blessed as I do now! :) I am living the dream I set out for when I was a child and more. I own a house, have an amazing husband, who's not perfect, but perfect for me, 3 amazeball kids, and 2 wonderful pets (a dog and a parakeet). We are not in debt and are enjoying life. The kids have fulfilled us more than we can ever imagine. We have asked ourselves that question before and we just couldn't imagine our life with the daily laughter we get because our kids did something funny or cute. Or the sheer awe we get when our kids shock us and say something full of depth that only a kids innocence could bring up. I wouldn't want to imagine where I would be if I didn't feel the love only a mother could feel for their child. I'm grateful that I had the chance to feel 3 little souls and bodies growing inside of me. I love my children and they teach me the true meaning of life everyday.

2. Now 10 years ago, I certainly didn't expect to be living in Florida. Nope. No way. That thought never even crossed my mind. I was 19 years old and in the crossroads of a relationship and would be soon to meeting my future husband. I was in college studying Journalism and just focusing on living life day to day. Never thought about future goals or dreams. I certainy didn't expect to be where I am today having my family, home and my own business. Always wanted to own a business, but never thought I would. Couldn't be happier in 2012!

So now I want to hear from you guys! Where would you guys be? What would you be doing?

Jose Baez cleared

The Florida Bar has cleared two complaints against Jose Baez after finding no probable cause.
The Bar unanimously voted to clear Baez of failing to share discovery information with the prosecution prior to the trial and Baez's failure to disclose to the court that Casey was being allowed to serve probation for her check-fraud case while in jail awaiting trial for murder in the death of
Caylee.

Baez will not face any discipline, but was issued a letter of advice, according to The Bar. The letter reminds Baez that it's his responsibly to uphold professional standards.
"The grievance committee also issued a letter of advice indicating that while Mr. Baez's conduct did not warrant formal discipline, the committee believed his conduct was not consistent with the high standards of the legal profession," Bar spokeswoman Karen Y. Kirksey wrote.
Baez was sanctioned last year by Judge Perry and made to pay a $583 fine for his "willful violation" of a court order for his failure to share discovery with the prosecution.
"Much has been made about the claims filed against me," Baez said in an email statement. "I am glad to see the grievance committee was fair and thorough in their decision."

Shaq doesn't need puertoricans!

Right now, there is no confirmation from English media sources, but a report out of La Nueva 94 in Puerto Rico states that ex-NBA star and TNT personality Shaquille O'Neal had some choice words for the island of Puerto Rico, during NBA All-Star Game festivities this weekend in Orlando.  This was also reported from Orlando's 100.3 Rumba radio station this morning.
This is what La Nueva 94 is claiming  that Shaq said to Emilio Pérez, a Puerto Rican sports talk personality of the Tiro al Blanco (TAB) show.

“No necesito nuevos fanáticos, Yo tengo ya suficiente dinero en el banco…y de hecho, qué rayos es Puerto Rico… si solo es un simple lugar que ocupa poco más de ¼ de pulgada en el mapa. No me interesan y no me afectan”.
ROUGH TRANSLATION OF SPANISH (NOT A CONFIRMATION OF A QUOTE BY O'NEAL)
“I don't need new fans. I have enough money in the bank… and in fact, where the hell is Puerto Rico… it is just a simple place that takes up just ¼ of an inch on a map. They do not interest me and they don't affect me.”
La Nueva 94 seems to be standing by its story, although it lacks content and details. The site for Tiro al Blanco, TabDeportes (which is ad-sponsored and annoying to navigate), contains more details about the story. Apparently, according to TAB, Pérez spotted O'Neal at the Amway Center and asked a bodyguard to see if Pérez could take a photo of O'Neal for Shaq's fans in Puerto Rico. The bodyguard was friendly to Pérez, but according to the TAB report, Shaq was not.
Once Pérez got close to O'Neal, Shaq reportedly told Pérez that a photo was not going to happen, and after he said it again, Pérez told him that O'Neal has many fans in Puerto Rico and he might lose some of those fans because of his attitude. The report below then goes on to say that O'Neal made fun of Pérez's appearance and then said the above quote.
